The remote user won’t need additional actions to set the program, except entering his ID and password.

To connect up to the server it’s enough to enter the ID and the password specified in the support window. After the support window is closed, the program will finish its work.

During the connection the notification windows of the connection to a desktop and file operations will be shown. They may be closed if necessary.

A personal password is set up and saved in the program settings, like a usual server password.

You can get the support either after the common setting up or from the program MSI distribution, or even configure it before setting up. It is enough to open the program settings in the item «General» and switch on the technical support mode, then the program will work as service and when launching show the technical support window. After closing it, the server stops its work.

In the quick support mode the server can work simultaneously from the main program and keeps its settings in the register in a separate branch.
