Hello. I'm facing a strange problem which I cannot solve.

After leaving the viewer open on "Thumbnails" mode and without opening a connection window, the LM Server gives a lot of errors about Incorrect password or error occurred then bans my IP. The password is saved with the connection, so I'm not even trying to insert the password again.

The viewer is set to update the thumbnails every second. I'm using the latest server and viewer and Windows 10 Home 64bit on both computers. Connecting via IP only, never tried on ID. Does the same with different ports.

Tried white listing all of my IPs, but that didn't work either. Also tried many versions of LM, still does not work. I always have to manually restart the server or the PC to get the server working again. Also checked the firewall and there everything is ok, so it's a LM issue.

How do I fix this?

If versions of LM Viewer and LM Server the same, 4.9
Perhaps in Viewer you turned on Auto logon option.
Check it please - Auto logon

And as finale way, stop LM Server and delete settings of the LM Servers in registry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\LiteManager\v3.4\Server\Parameters
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\LiteManager\v3.4\Server\Parameters

After start LM Server and configure it again.

Great! I will try this. But will I be able to still view all of my connections in LM Viewer as thumbnails and update each thumbnail every second?

Yes, it will work

Preview (thumbnails) update options located in Viewer's settings.

I did what you said but it still does the same thing. What else can I do? I really need to monitor those screens 24/24 and I always have to ask our clients to restart their PCs. Even 6 or 7 times a day.

All must work, check settings on the LM Server side and in the Viewer contacts settings.
All version is 4.9?

Yes, all on version 4.9, latest version downloaded a few days ago from your website. But still doesn't work. Even reinstalled Windows on both PCs just to be sure, and it has the same behavior.

okay.
Delete contact from Viewer's list and delete logs file on remote PC (LM Server), after that nothing must happen...
Logs will be clear on remote PC.

If yes, add new contact in Viewer's list and try connect to it.

Ok, I still did that and still doesn't work. I get the same errors. And I also noticed that it disconnects me while I'm in a remote session. And it's not only me. It does that to all my colleagues from other PCs. We're using the PRO licensed version.
