Graphics for the LiteManager Help file

I have purchased a number of Pro licenses and am reviewing the help files. I have also explored the folder tree for both the viewer and server and find only a very limited set of images. Is there a source for the many images that seem to have only .png placeholders in the help screens and if so what would be the best way to download and install them for use?
