Viewer screen black

I use LiteManager Free on many PCs at the office. I have a computer that has worked previously, but now shows me nothing but a black screen. I have uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled the server on that machine with no difference in results. I can still control the machine, and messages, chat and other external options still work. Any thoughts on how to resolve this issue?

Windows XP machine has the server, the viewer on XP or 7 does not make a difference.

Hi!
You can try to use a new version of LiteManager 4.3.
New version will be released till 1-2 mounth

I have just started using Lite Manager and am experiencing the same issue.
Is there a beta/alpha release of 4.3 that we can try?

This is no longer an issue for me, My remote machine is Windows 7 running 8 monitors in a 4x2 grid.
I had the PC set to use the Windows 7 Aero theme and I got the 'preview' when the screens were configured in a 1x8 arrangement in the software but not 4x2.

Once I set the theme to Windows 7 basic I got the preview back again.

This software is awesome!!
