Getting lock-screen on Windows server 2019

Testing LiteManager on various Windows boxes.
On Windows Server 2019 I am getting a lock screen asking for Ctrl-Alt-Del when trying to access with viewer although screen is not locked, since I am accessing it using RDP from another PC at the same time.
Is this expected behaviour ?

Also note that I cannot send Ctrl-Alt-Del from the LM Viewer - nothing happens !

I should add, that other modes works fine: eg. chat, file transfer, terminal, registry edtor....

Just cannot get past lock screen.

Yes, it is correct, choose a RDP session which you wish on th top toolbar

4. Choose the remote user session to view.

By default LM gets Logon session.

Q: CAD doesn't works (Ctrl+Alt+Del)
A: Check this key in Registry 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System' value SoftwareSASGeneration, Must be not 0, for example SoftwareSASGeneration = 1.
