Need help logging in as first time Viewer user

I am trying to connect via ID with no PIN to a friends server. Upon connecting, the icon on my viewer asks me to double click to logon. This opens a window asking for a username and password, but the owner of server tells me that he does not have username and password configured that he knows about. What information should I ask him to give me so I can logon to his server thru his ID? I am using Chrome.

During LM Server installation you have specify the Password for LM Server. Possible to change the password at any time, in the Sercurity settings

The User name is not necessary
