Managing access by permissions in specific group

It is possible to manage access by specific group of users?
For example i would like to turn on "Ask user for remote control permission" for group: "1st-group"
but disable "Ask user for remote control permisssion" for group: "2nd-group"
At the moment i can't add more than 1 group in the security tab with different permissions.
