Yes, we use two separate licenses. Viewer is set to PRO version. But I don't know the cause of this problem. Two years ago it worked like a charm, no problems whatsoever. Maybe windows update broke something?

Yes! We purchased both. But that's not the point. Is there anything else I can try to fix this?
