Hi,

it seems I dont really understand the tickets (helpdesk) system ;)

I think the reason for this is that a VIEWER can call a SERVER for support by popup-messages. But does this work when the connection is made or even if the connection is not made?

How to config usernames for the ticket system at the SERVER? Because the recipient-field is empty and it is not possible to fill it with a username.

Tickets system in LiteManager is very simple.

VIEWER can call a SERVER for support by popup-messages

A LM Server can call to Viewer via text message.

OK seems to work now.

Am I right that the ticket system is only possible using a PRIVATE NOIP-Server?

Seems that the desktop-connection for Helptickets does not work any more with the beta-version 4.9?

If I click on the helpdesk-button, nothing happens.

Ticket system is active in the Server options ?
