smartphone as a server inside home network

is it possible to make smartphone as a server inside home network,
and notebook as viewer?
i know my smartphone ip, but LM on notebook says "not found",
maybe its an password issue?

what shall i do? can you tell me all the steps?

If you want to connect to your smartphone, this is only possible for the Android version.
