Licensing policy for LiteManager is one of the most advantageous in its sphere. LiteManager has two license models: a standard license based on number of servers (remote computers) and HelpDesk license based on number of active connections (channels).
The cost of LiteManager is calculated based on the number of required licenses, 1 license – 1 controlled computer. If you have 10 computers, you need to purchase a license key for 10 licenses, if 100 computers – 100 licenses.
Depending on the number of purchased licenses there are different discounts that reduce the base cost of the one license.

Examples of calculation
1. Calculation for 10 computers.
The cost of one license $10, then $10, so $10 * 10 = $100 – the cost of the license package for 10 computers.
2. Calculation for 50 computers.
The cost of one license $9, then $9 * 50 = $450 – the cost of the license package for 50 computers.
3. Calculation for 100 computers.
The cost of one license $8, then $8 * 100 = $800 – the cost of the license package for 100 computers.

HelpDesk license is based on the number of active channels (connections), the number of server and client modules is not limited.
One active channel is equal to one active contact in the contact list, which can be remotely controlled simultaneously in several modes. HelpDesk license can be used on multiple Viewers simultaneously, and each Viewer will have one (or more) active channel (contact).
HelpDesk License for two active channel allows you to work with two contacts at the same time, the license for 3 the active channel with 3 contacts etc.

Licensing of user support services
License for LiteManager is also a license for Help Desk that is intended for companies providing support services for their users. Thus, this license allows installing LiteManager Server on computers, which do not belong to your organization.
The program for remote control of computers LiteManager consists of two separate parts: LiteМanager (installed on a remote computer) and Viewer (installed on a local computer). Only the Server must be licensed, Viewer is distributed free of charge and can be used on any number of computers in your organization.
For convenience the license key is entered in a license manager in LiteManager Viewer module (Main menu, Help – License management). If you need to purchase a license key for servers belonging to one organization and the remote access should be used by another organization, then the license key can be transferred to the latter for use (only for access to these servers) The transfer must be confirmed by written consents from two organizations.
To check how the license manager works, you can use a free test key for one server.
Test key on one channel (test): the key has a test limit, it does not eliminate the restriction on the number of server modules.
